Ahhh, the weekend. Finally I have time to enjoy a meal in the morning. Sure we talked about going out for breakfast, but with a cook like Danny in the house and a fridge full of fresh produce, we were quite tempted to stay in.

Anytime I can eat in my pajamas, I’m doing it.

I’m calling this meal brunch because 1) we ate after 10:00am, 2) it was quite a hefty portion, and 3) it included a fizzy drink.



He used his Twist ‘N Sparkle to carbonate an orange, apple, mango slush. Then it was time to start the omelettes.


Prosciutto, mushrooms, tomatoes, bell peppers, green onions, and organic cheddar cheese covered in 3 organic eggs. Top it off with homemade biscuits and here’s a meal that even the best restaurant would find it difficult to beat.
